Elizabeth K. Bogard, President and Principal Consultant

Elizabeth K. Bogard offers custom consulting services to create and build performance in diverse organizations and industries. Since starting EKJ Instructional Services in 1993, she has developed programs to improve human performance for CitiFinancial Mortgage, Duke Energy, Marathon Oil, McKesson Pharmaceuticals, Shell, Toyota, and others.

Elizabeth offers two decades of experience providing behaviorally-based, human performance development programs that elevate individual and collective performance of managers and employees in non-technical and technical job functions.

Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Southern Methodist University and a Masters in Instructional Technology from the University of Texas. She is on the board of the Houston ASTD Chapter and actively participates in ISPI. She is often asked to speak at conferences and meetings.

Loran C. Bogard, Vice President

Loran brings 25 years of development and consulting expertise to ekjco. He served in key management positions for Stewart & Stevenson, Houston, for 20 years and consults internationally.
